I'm on a double dead end and they park literally on the corners off the two street making it hard to drive around, they stick out

The assigned officer for the north end that day and/or night, will be dispatched to the area of the reported issue.

I have called the police at that number 2 times this week for loud outside parties complete with music blasting until 1 in the morning. By the time the police were able to respond at 3am the party was over. I'm so hesitant to call the police because i feel they have more important things to do. Within the next few days i will be filing a complaint with SHU. The
