    My building faces Ellsworth Park. The sprinkler by the Children's area has been running day and night for the past week, yes even during Tropical Storm Elsa! Total waste of water. It is my understanding that the water should shut down in the evening hours when the park is closed. My God, total waste of tax payers money. Who is going to let their child play in the sprinkler at 2:00 in the morning. Not to mention the running water keeps everyone up at night. The only people who benefit from this are the teenagers who go into the park at night to party all night long with their car radios blasting. The police do not patrol the area like they used to.

    At approximately 3:15 am on Sunday Morning (7/26/2020) a continuous alarm sound has been going non stop in the park. There is also a Strobe Light going off in front of the bathroom area. Living directly across the street, it was impossible to sleep with this sound going off.
