That's ok. If a fire starts, they will simply push the cars with the fire truck away or break the windows to reach the hydrant. Either way, insurance would not cover damages for the students blocking.

The Fire Marshal is a good idea to help end this problem which never seems to get any action. Having the fire truck give these cars a shove would fix it too!
