During the month of December when we moved, we lived without a heater, and we requested to have the oil company refill the tank, but they said that the tank need to be changed because it wasn't in good condition. When we asked the landlord to take care of it, he ignored the matter. We couldn't refill the tank because the company don't want to do it. But the landlord is ignoring our request. The windows screens aren't secure, and I live on a second floor and have 2 kids. 6 and 8 years old.
