once again I am writing to you with a problem of animal abuse in this house they have 3 dogs 2 upstairs and one downstairs in the basement the owner leaves the house all day and leaves them tied up these animals bark and cry day and night they are lad 2: 00am and these animals cry and cry for needs which is very disturbing for my family not being able to sleep with the cries in the mornings the same thing happens the owner lives on the second floor of this house we are tired that they do not take action on this problem these animals need a home they need to be able to get out of their area and explore please do something many times they have also escaped.
