Description
Construction on Goldenrod is so loud we can barely hear each other speak in our own homes. We can’t open the windows or watch tv or read a book or even think with how loud it is. Construction SHOULD NOT be done in a residential neighborhood during the weekends. Not everyone works at the same time. People do work overnights and the construction makes it impossible to feel comfortable in our own homes.

There is a City Ordinance concerning noise and the hours of operation. The hours for construction are 7 am-6 pm Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 6 pm on weekends and holidays. The Health Department (203-576-7131) enforces the noise ordinance during normal working hours. If the noise occurs outside the normal working hours, please call the Police department - Non-Emergency number at 203-576-7671 to report the disturbance.
